Our Safeguarding Team relies on a huge range of external services. A DSL may be directed to signpost a family to further support and many charities provide this support, e.g. Helping Hands programme through Women's Aid for children who have experienced Domestic Violence. Many of these services are accessible to parents/ carers free of charge but there are also lots of helpful websites, telephone numbers and online forums which offer support too.

As parents/ carers and members of the community, everyone plays a part in safeguarding children. For this reason, below is a list of helpful websites that can be accessed by anyone who wants to find out more information or contact someone for support.
